Caronte er en charmerende ny restaurant i Carlsberg Byen. Restauranten drives stolt af ejerne af Rufino Osteria, et af Københavns mest elskede italienske spisesteder, som har taget hul på en spændende ny satsning.

Beliggende i udkanten af J.C. Jacobsens' Have (Fadet 31), i hjertet af Carslberg Byen, tilbyder Caronte en dejlig madoplevelse.

Vores venetianske kok, Marco Muzzarelli, orkestrerer mesterligt en kulinarisk symfoni på Caronte, hvor venetiansk flair møder pan-italiensk gastronomi. Hans retter, med rod i lokal tradition, sejler gennem Italiens rige kulinariske landskab. Hver tallerken er en mosaik af regionale smagsvarianter, kunstfærdigt hævet til nye højder.

Den fordybende oplevelse suppleres af Roots' kuraterede vinparringer, hvor den berømte sommelier Felix Chamorros innovative udvalg giver genlyd med Muzzarellis kreationer.

Overlooking J.C. Jacobsens’ Have, Caronte has a wonderful terrace, where we will serve the flavours of the Venetian lagoon in a warm summer atmosphere.

Nestled at the edge of J.C. Jacobsens’ Have (Fadet 31), in the heart of Carslberg Byen, Caronte offers a delightful dining experience.


Our Venetian Chef, Marco Muzzarelli masterfully orchestrates a culinary symphony at Caronte, where Venetian flair meets pan-Italian gastronomy. His dishes, rooted in local tradition, voyage across Italy's rich culinary landscape. Each plate is a mosaic of regional flavors, artfully elevated to new heights.


The immersive experience is complemented by Roots' curated wine pairings, where celebrated sommelier Felix Chamorro's innovative selections resonate with Muzzarelli's creations.
